  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
  • Bookings made through our website are subject to these Terms and any specific terms mentioned in the package details.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking or as per the payment schedule provided.

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to us.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the travel date.
  • Some services may be non-refundable as specified in the booking terms.

Modification by Customer

  • Modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Changes to bookings must be requested at least 7 days before the travel date, unless otherwise specified.
  • Modification fees may apply as per our policy.
  • We cannot guarantee that all modification requests can be accommodated.

Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • In case of cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
  • We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to such cancellations.

Travel Documents and Requirements

  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and travel insurance.
  • Passport validity requirements vary by destination; ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • Visa requirements are your responsibility; we can provide guidance but cannot guarantee visa approval.
  • You must inform us of any special requirements, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
  • Failure to have proper travel documents may result in denied boarding, and no refunds will be provided.
  • We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to missing or invalid travel documents.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other travel-related risks. Travel insurance is not included in our packages unless specifically mentioned.

You are responsible for arranging adequate travel insurance coverage for your trip. We are not liable for any losses or expenses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

Health and Safety Requirements

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs that may affect your travel.
  • Some destinations may require vaccinations or health certificates; you are responsible for compliance.
  • You must comply with all health and safety regulations at your destination.
  • We are not liable for any health issues that arise during or after your trip.
  • You are responsible for your own health and safety during the trip.

Age Restrictions and Special Requirements

  • Some tours and activities may have age restrictions; please check before booking.
  • Children must be accompanied by adults as per the requirements of the tour package.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions may be restricted from certain activities.
  • You must inform us of any special requirements or restrictions at the time of booking.

Price Changes and Surcharges

  • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other factors beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to apply surcharges up to 20 days before departure.
  • If surcharges exceed 10% of the total booking value, you have the right to cancel with a full refund.

  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property during your trip.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Travel Advisories and Warnings

  • You are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories and warnings for your destination.
  • We recommend checking government travel advisories before and during your trip.
  • We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from travel to destinations with active travel warnings.
  • If you choose to travel despite travel advisories, you do so at your own risk.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within a reasonable time frame.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be governed by the laws of India.
